Hand building Make a Mug and bowl Class

In this relaxed, beginner-friendly session, you’ll dive into the basics of handbuilding and create your very own mug and bowl.

We’ll show you how to build your dishes using hand building techniques, then it’s over to you to make them uniquely yours.

One finished mug and bowl is included in the cost of the class.

We’ll take care of the glazing and firing, so your creations will be ready to collect a few weeks later.

Class size is kept small with a maximum of 8 people, so there’s plenty of support and creative space for everyone.

What you’ll need

• Clothes you don’t mind getting messy

• Long hair tied back, short nails and no precious jewellery

• A towel you don’t mind getting messy

• Please allow 4-6 weeks for your work to be fired and ready for collection.

Booking Terms

Courses are non-refundable. As a small independent studio, your space is reserved exclusively for you once booked.

If you need to reschedule with more than 3 weeks’ notice, we will re-list your space. If it is successfully filled, you may move to a new course date. If it is not rebooked, rescheduling won’t be possible — however, you are welcome to pass your place on to a friend.
